THE TRUE WITNESS THAT DELIVERETH SOULS IS CHRIST JESUS.
THIS VERSE IS SPEAKING OF MAN’S SOUL, AND ALSO CHRIST’S SOUL.

04. Ecc 2:24 There is nothing better for a man, than that he should eat and drink, and that he should make his soul enjoy good in his labour. This also I saw, that it was from the hand of God.

Isa 53:1 Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of the LORD revealed?
Isa 53:2 For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: he hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him.
Isa 53:3 He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.
Isa 53:4 Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.

05. Isa 53:10 Yet it pleased the LORD to bruise him; he hath put him to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his seed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of the LORD shall prosper in his hand.
06. Isa 53:11 He shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; for he shall bear their iniquities.
07. Isa 53:12
Therefore will I divide him a portion with the great, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong; because he hath poured out his soul unto death: and he was numbered with the transgressors; and he bare the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors.

THIS FOLLOWING VERSE IS NOT A PART OF THE VERSES THAT SPEAK OF GOD’S/CHRIST’S SOUL.
Mat 1:18
Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise: When as his mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Ghost.
HOLY GHOST IN THE NT IS MUCH MORE GENERAL THAN HOLY SPIRIT IN THE OT.
HOLY SPIRIT IN THE OT IS DEFINED MORE SPECIFICALLY AS GOD’S SPIRIT.
HOLY GHOST IN THE NT IS DEFINED AS POSSIBLY GOD’S SOUL OR SPIRIT.
UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED, HOLY GHOST SHOULD BE KNOWN AS GOD’S SPIRIT.
HOLY GHOST IN THE NT IS ALSO REFERRING TO JESUS CHRIST’S SPIRIT, NOT HIS SOUL.

08. Mat 12:18 Behold my servant, whom I have chosen; my beloved, in whom my soul is well pleased: I will put my spirit upon him, and he shall shew judgment to the Gentiles.
Mat 12:19 He shall not strive, nor cry; neither shall any man hear his voice in the streets.
Mat 12:20 A bruised reed shall he not break, and smoking flax shall he not quench, till he send forth judgment unto victory.
Mat 12:21 And in his name shall the Gentiles trust.
IN THE NAME CHRIST JESUS SHALL BOTH THE HEBREWS AND THE GENTILES TRUST!

Mat 26:36 Then cometh Jesus with them unto a place called Gethsemane, and saith unto the disciples, Sit ye here, while I go and pray yonder.
Mat 26:37 And he took with him Peter and the two sons of Zebedee, and began to be sorrowful and very heavy.
09. Mat 26:38
Then saith he unto them, My soul is exceeding sorrowful, even unto death: tarry ye here, and watch with me.

Mar 14:33 And he taketh with him Peter and James and John, and began to be sore amazed, and to be very heavy;
10. Mar 14:34
And saith unto them, My soul is exceeding sorrowful unto death: tarry ye here, and watch.

11. Act 2:27 Because thou wilt not leave my soul in hell, neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption.
Act 2:29 Men and brethren, let me freely speak unto you of the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried, and his sepulchre is with us unto this day.
Act 2:30 Therefore being a prophet, and knowing that God had sworn with an oath to him, that of the fruit of his loins, according to the flesh, he would raise up Christ to sit on his throne;

Act 2:32 This Jesus hath God raised up, whereof we all are witnesses.

13. Heb 4:12 For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

14. 1Pe 2:11 Dearly beloved, I beseech you as strangers and pilgrims, abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul;
THIS VERSE SHOWS PETER SPEAKING TO A GROUP OF PEOPLE.
THIS VERSE IS ALSO REFERRING TO THE WAR BETWEEN JESUS’ FLESH AND SOUL.
AS FOR JESUS, HE RESISTED AND PREVENTED FLESHLY LUSTS, RATHER THAN SIMPLY FIGHT THEM!
SATAN TEMPTED JESUS, BUT JESUS DID NOT LET SATAN TEMPT HIM!
A MATURE CHRISTIAN COMPLETELY UNDERSTANDS THE DIFFERENCES, BECAUSE JESUS TEACHES ANYONE WHO IS WILLING TO LEARN!
